Shipping & Delivery
Fifth Avenue Liquors orders ship via FedEx in a discrete box and is inspected for quality assurance.
All orders, unless prevented by an unforeseen event, will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Fifth Avenue Liquors will make every effort to ship all orders in a timely manner.We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays. 
We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use the tracking number provided to ensure you are available to receive your package. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments. During sale events orders may be delayed from two to four business days before shipping out. Free ground shipping only applies to those within the Contiguous United States. 
We do not ship orders to P.O. Box addresses or Hotels/ Motels because of scams and the refusal of some carries to deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Please make sure that you supply us with a physical address for shipments.  You may use a P.O. Box for your billing address.  You may request signature confirmation. We are not responsible for packages lost by carriers.  Please make sure that you enter your address information correctly and that someone is available to sign for your package, if applicable. A signature may be required for FedEx deliveries. Fifth Avenue Liquors requires that all packages have Adult Signature required due to the laws governing alcohol.
Privacy & Security
Fifth Avenue Liquors is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or distribute this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in our privacy policy.  We collect information from our customers to process orders and to better serve you with pertinent information, such as  payment confirmations and order status updates.  Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing, address, telephone number, e-mail address and payment information such as your credit card number.  
Return Policy
All sales on this site are Final.  NO exchanges, substitutes, or refunds.
We ship our wine with the best shipping materials available to us. In the unlikely event that an item is broken upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your shipment with photo and/ or video evidence at fifthaveorders@yahoo.com or call us at 508-872-7777.
We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. If you want to purchase shipping insurance, please contact us. 
Ordering
By placing an order on this site, you are certifying that you are at least 21 years of age, that your credit card use is not fraudulent, and that you will not use the products purchased on this site for any illegal purpose. Additional information regarding Fifth Avenue Liquor's policies may be found under the Terms of Service page. 
Sales within Massachusetts are subject to sales tax and such tax will be added to the purchase price. Sales directed outside of Massachusetts are not subject to sales tax at this time. 
Our products and prices are subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to remove or add products as we see fit.  We apologize if we do not carry an item or no longer carry an item in stock that you are seeking; however, you may contact us at fifthaveorders@yahoo.com with your request and we will do our best to complete your order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices and promitions are subject to change at any time and Fifth Avenue Liquors reserves the right to remove or add products or promotions at its discretion. All sales final, no returns, no exchanges. Consumer must pay applicable sales tax. Offer limited to stock on hand; no rain checks. Offer not applicable to prior or pending orders, and no adjustments can be made on previous purchases.
Fifth Avenue Liquors accepts all major credit cards and all payments are processed through a secure server. If you would like to pay by cash, money order or certified check, please contact us at fifthaveorders@yahoo.com or call us at 508-872-7777 and we will be happy to assist you. 
Viewing Orders
Fifth Avenue Liquors will send you a purchase receipt within 24-48 hours of your order. If you do not receive an e-mail receipt within 48 hours, please call us here at 508-872-7777 or e-mal us at fifthaveorders@yahoo.com. Once the order is shipped, HellaWicked will send you an e-mail notification that will include a FedEx.
If you have registered with Fifth Avenue Liquors, you may also view your orders online by logging into your Fifth Avenue Liquors account. Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the homepage, log in, and view your orders by clicking the "My Orders" link in the column on the left.
Updating Account Information
Please keep your account infromation (such as e-mail address, billing and shipping addresses, credit card information, etc.) current by regularly logging into your account. To access your account or to establish a new account, you may click on the "My Account" link at the top of the homepage.
If you lose your account password, Fifth Avenue Liquors will send a Lost Password Reset E-mail to the e-mail address associated with your account.  There is no way for Fifth Avenue Liquors to restore control over an account if you cannot access your e-mail address associated with your account.  In this case, you will have to create a new account if you wish to continue using a Fifth Avenue Liquors account.
 **In the extremely unusual and unlikely circumstance we allow for a return a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied.
